Values Based Leadership
Presented by Sergeant Eversmann
Sergeant Eversman will share insights from his experience leading a elite group of Army Rangers in a 1993 mission in Mogadishu, the subject of a best-selling book and movie - Black Hawk Down. He will demonstrate how Human Resources leaders can apply a similar Value Based Leadership to their organizations. The presentation will detail 6 key elements of success: Mission, Leadership, Followership, Training, High Standards and VALUES.
This Program has been approved for 1.5 STRATEGIC credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
